Be Kind Rewind- Limited Edition DVD packaging

here is my digital file for be kind rewind, and I try to make a real image of video cassette as a box of DVD packaging. I am still doing the booklet for extra features.

real packaging style I choose

I will use this packaging for C&H sugar, use the pantone color to identify the type of sugar, I will add more information on the colored space. in addition, I will mount the plastic paper inside of the packaging before mockup, so the sugar will be keep fresh easily.

Three Bad Packaging Design-

1.Kukure Chips

poor arrangement for the image and text. too massive and don't know what's the first image to see.

2. Tropical Rain Shampoo

boring image and too big for that small container. should leave more negative spaces.

3.Bon Bons Candy

doesn't have the clear description for the product itself, the logo doesn't have the connection with the design.

Three Good Packaging Design-

1.MDC Frozen Foods

 

first will focus on the image and vary clear to the show the content of the product. The size and shape also functional, about the text also easy to read.

2.Tea Forte

good packaging that contains functional triangular shape with the green leaf that could make the teabag to stand up in the cup.

3. Evian 2005 limited edition bottle

Vary impressive design and the mountain-shape glass bottle shows the clear image to represent the resource and quality of the evian's water.
